Mubasher: Oman Chromite’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved on Wednesday the selling of the company’s 45% stake in Al Batinah Quarries Company to Hamdan International Mining Company for an amount of OMR 495,000, according to a bourse filing released on Thursday.
